“This location specifically is officially my all time favorite Zaxby’s! I left one location totally unsatisfied with my food+the lack of customer service, discovered the 5201 S Cobb location & was served by a young lady by the name of Ka’Liyah; she was TOP-Tier!! 10/10 customer service skills, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, well-mannered, and served me with a beautiful smile! I will now ONLY come to this Zaxby’s! Thanks to Ka’Liyah!!!“

“We stopped here to get food to eat and take to the zoo. They were very busy, but we're quick to get us our food. The food was hot and fresh
The people were friendly. We used the drive thru. It's a small parking area but the drive thru moved quickly.“

“One of the most professional eatery locations in Georgia. Hard working, and efficient staff that maintains a clean family inviting atmosphere. Even with heavy afterschool traffic they quickly recover. *Special needs friendly & accommodating.“
