“employees are exemplary & facility inside is nice enough but dumping a rectangular tray in small round counter means they don't make it easy to dump tray at end of meal. the grilled chicken has unpleasant bite-through. the parking lot is awful, with blocked off spots and poor pedestrian access so cars, customers & employees are subject to dangers that could be improved.“

“It is a great place to eat. There food is always hot! The staff that they have in place whether it's morning or evening and night are very pleasant.“

“I actually had a good experience here today! I took my boys to get some lunch and decided to go inside to order for a change (which I hate doing), and the restaurant was clean, freshly mopped and smelled good lol, the manager (Asian - didn’t catch his name) took his time with us as we were trying to figure out what to order, repeated the order back to me to ensure he got everything right (it was a big order), the food came out super quick, order was correct, food was hot and fresh, and he checked on us as we were eating to see if we needed anything else.

I normally dislike going out to eat these days, especially because customer service lacks so bad, but this location gave me hope again! Thank you Zaxby’s in Austell/Mableton! My boys and I enjoyed ourselves.“

“I placed an order online for pickup and was not aware that the size of my order was considered catering until I got there. They had my order pretty much bagged and ready to go. I didn’t catch anyone’s name, but everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and in good spirits given my order was a nice little surprise.also my order was fresh and correct. “I have to say this particular Chick-fil-A is a grade above all the others that I've experienced over time. They have everything in order. They handle a volume and level of drive-thru that I've never seen before. And of course the food is reliable“
