I must say .....I do not live in the area that I stopped at to eat at Zaxby's. The restaurant was basically empty. We dined in (4 of us). My husband ordered 3 zax snax and a wings and things. The fries were completely mushed, the bread was completely white, and the chicken tenders looked like nuggets. They acknowledge their drive-thru system is faulty, and they can't hear. They got the order wrong but refused to correct it, stating their policy precludes them from "adding on" to orders at the window. We informed them it was not an add on, they didn't ring it up properly. They insisted we come inside or get back in the drive-thru line that was wrapped around the building. This location is not usually very busy so I was able to go through the drive-thru pretty quickly which is unusual for this franchise. However my food was very hot and delicious I ordered a kid's grilled cheese with the seasoned fries, and I also ordered an additional side of fries. The fries were very fresh and season very well.
