Horrible. Ordered inside and was ignored for about 7 to 8 minutes. Once I placed my order, it took another 15 to 18 minutes to get it. To top it all off, the chicken wasn't even fresh.So, like a dummy, I went back two weeks later, and the same thing. It was one car in the drive-thru, and I get the same greeting: "Welcome to Bojangles, someone will be with you shortly," and five minutes later, nothing. I ordered the 2 for $4 sausage biscuits. The lady that gave me the food is not professional. She only cracks the window open enough to slide her hand through and will not look at you. She doesn’t say anything to you either. Then to top it off, as I sit down to enjoy a nice biscuit I take the biscuits out of the bag to realize they are like hockey pucks. (Old or overcooked?) Went through DT and got a cajun chicken egg and cheese biscuit with fries. they hand me the bag and i drive off, the bag has a regular biscuit with nothing on it with no fries. i pulled back through the DT to fix it, he gave me the biscuit still no fries i had to pull back AGAIN and they ended up giving me cold, stale fries, and only like five of them. ridiculous ill never return.
