Food was okay. Had egg & cheese biscuit. Egg was warm , biscuit was very dry. Had to wait for coffee to be brewed. Not one Person was smiling or friendly. Sad location that used to be positive. Loud manager ordering her staff from across the room. We heard her throughout our meal.

Went through DT and got a cajun chicken egg and cheese biscuit with fries. they hand me the bag and i drive off, the bag has a regular biscuit with nothing on it with no fries. i pulled back through the DT to fix it, he gave me the biscuit still no fries i had to pull back AGAIN and they ended up giving me cold, stale fries, and only like five of them. ridiculous ill never return. I should've known when I saw that 81 score

Horrible. Ordered inside and was ignored for about 7 to 8 minutes. Once I placed my order, it took another 15 to 18 minutes to get it. To top it all off, the chicken wasn't even fresh.So, like a dummy, I went back two weeks later, and the same thing. It was one car in the drive-thru, and I get the same greeting: "Welcome to Bojangles, someone will be with you shortly," and five minutes later, nothing. This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever seen. Health rating is an 81. I can believe it.

Just plain horrible. I went today and ordered a 2 for $5 breakfast biscuits. Get to the window to be told that it will take 10 minutes. How do you not have biscuits when all you serve is chicken and breakfast. Biscuits should always be available. I've been other times and waited in line 15 minutes and ended up leaving. One time got to the window paid and had to wait. Like how is nothing ever ready? At this point just close this place down or get a decent work staff

I ordered the 2 for $4 sausage biscuits. The lady that gave me the food is not professional. She only cracks the window open enough to slide her hand through and will not look at you. She doesn’t say anything to you either. Then to top it off, as I sit down to enjoy a nice biscuit I take the biscuits out of the bag to realize they are like hockey pucks. (Old or overcooked?) I have never been served a worse biscuit. I understand now why the health department rating is only an 81.

This location needs a massive intervention. Probably, a full staff overhaul would be in order.One the last 2 occasions I have visited this location, they have left out items from my order. The only reason I am rating 2 stars for food is because I had to wait over 10 minutes for supremes. Supremes should be a very commonly ordered item and they had clearly ran out. With that said, the chicken was fresh, but other items were lacking for sure.The restaurant is pretty much always dirty/messy. The open conecpt for the kitchen is not very friendly to this location as they are always very messy with junk all over the place in the Back of House.Their Digital Menu boards were all off (technical issue maybe) so there was no way to know what to order or pricing.Their employees are all walking around on their phones actively taking phone calls while on the clock. Nobody checking in on guests who are dining in.I observed a guest that was pulled up out of the way in the drive thru. (Probably waiting on food) She sat for close to 30 minutes and when the order was finally ready, I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't even that big.This last visit, they were clearing having inventory issues because my supremes meal came crammed into a styrofoam biscuit container instead of the normal paper box and the only napkins they had available looked like bar napkins. Tiny squares and very thin.I know that staffing can be hard, but I can tell that this location puts in little to no effort. Will not be returning.

Counter person should have worked at a car dealership. Had no knowledge of anything. My grandkids lemonade was watered-down and no one even offered to fix the machine. It was 1pm on a Saturday and they were practically out of sides and sauces.... Thanks but no
