You all just messed up my $40 order I get home and try to call and no one picked up and mail box is full. Not driving back, but I expect a full refund because I have called several times to no avail

Ordered from Uber eats and they gave my order to someone random without checking the driver and they refused to correct the order and mistake, the manager I spoke with seemed pretty rude and told me he didn’t care if I got my food or not. I don’t trust buying from here anymore, don’t go to eat here! Horrible service

I WISH I was kidding...I ordered a salad from the drive thru and got home and tossed my salad, took a couple of bites and look down in the lettuce to see the bottom half of some type of ROACH or BUG that was about an inch long, soft and oozed green gunk when squeezed. NOT going to this restaurant ever again. It had an 88 review in the window. $10.80 wasted on a salad and thankfully only two bites in before making this discusting discovery. I wish I could post a photo!

I must say .....I do not live in the area that I stopped at to eat at Zaxby's. The restaurant was basically empty. We dined in (4 of us). My husband ordered 3 zax snax and a wings and things. The fries were completely mushed, the bread was completely white, and the chicken tenders looked like nuggets. My husband took the items back to the counter and the "manager" with a raised tone asks what is wrong with the food? She then proceeded to tell my husband it was that toast or no toast because their toaster was down. She then proceeded to take out food in the boxes and re drops the same fries in the fryer and cooks them again plus an extra minute. They came out with no potatoes in the center. We then asked for a refund and she became belligerent! She refunded my money on my card and as I was almost out the door she screams from the back " Have a nice day little girl!. I walked back into the restaurant and asked her why she chose to scream at me after I walked away when she stood silent while she refunded my money. She then yelled at my husband telling him he had no "balls". We were leaving the restaurant and she followed us to the parking lot calling us "CRACKERS"!! I really cannot believe the level of hatred and unprofessionalism!!! Why are we allowing this in our society????? I will take this to the highest level of management come Monday morning!! I will not stand and allow someone to make racial slurs at me. Do better Zaxby's with who you hire!!!! They represent your NAME!!
Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Horrible, after waiting almost 20 min after ordering the greens were fresh but the chicken like trying to eat a tire. Will not return.

They acknowledge their drive-thru system is faulty, and they can't hear. They got the order wrong but refused to correct it, stating their policy precludes them from "adding on" to orders at the window. We informed them it was not an add on, they didn't ring it up properly. They insisted we come inside or get back in the drive-thru line that was wrapped around the building. We left and went to Casa Grande across the street, who had a shorter line with a less expensive and better tasting chicken salad. So we saved money and got better service.
