Unfortunately, this location often has some little technical issues or staffing issues. One time, the drive-thru menu wasn't working, so I had to ask about various items availability. One other time when I went there, they were closed for some undisclosed reason during normal business hours. I guess 3rd time's a charm. At least I could easily order & get my food inside, but the floor & rug in front of the pop machine was so wet I literally saw 2 people slip & one fall even though...read full review

Told me at 10:30pm they are sold out of every single item on the menus just because they closed at 11pm I never ever once when served at this store . It’s always some teenager with short dreads doing

Popeye's has a major problem with providing good customer service and order accuracy. It's like every time I go to a Popeyes (drive thru) I have to repeat my order several times and it's still incorrect. On this occasion, I spoke my order into the intercom, the order was repeated to me and it was correct. I get to the window and a gentleman asks me what I ordered and I tell him.
