Went there today at about 8:15 pm and had the best service as well as the freshest, best food items ever. I really appreciate the person that assisted the cashier as she was paying attention to what we were ordering and if something wasn’t available, she made it available quickly and with a smile and respect for customers. Thanks for being a great Popeyes location!

Unfortunately, this location often has some little technical issues or staffing issues. One time, the drive-thru menu wasn't working, so I had to ask about various items availability. One other time when I went there, they were closed for some undisclosed reason during normal business hours. I guess 3rd time's a charm. At least I could easily order & get my food inside, but the floor & rug in front of the pop machine was so wet I literally saw 2 people slip & one fall even though there was a caution wet floor sign! Sign or no sign, it was still a dangerous safety hazard!
Placed a delivery order thru the Popeyes app. An hour later I received no food. App still says calculating drivers eta. Phone number posted online does not work called over 3x.

Popeye's has a major problem with providing good customer service and order accuracy. It's like every time I go to a Popeyes (drive thru) I have to repeat my order several times and it's still incorrect. On this occasion, I spoke my order into the intercom, the order was repeated to me and it was correct. I get to the window and a gentleman asks me what I ordered and I tell him. About 10 seconds later another lady comes to the window and asks me my order. For the third time I repeat my order. They hand me my food and I drive off. I get home to discover my order is wrong and the food they decided to give me was clearly NOT fresh. Wings were room temperature as if they've been left out and the fries were hard and stale. This has happened at this location as well as other Popeyes location in the area. Employees don't seem to care, and are more preoccuipied with having conversations with their co workers vs providing a good customer experience. Terrible!

The chicken was good. NO LIE! But as I stood there and watched the manager take my biscuit out of my box to fill a customer order in drive thru was disappointing. Then a customer brought dark meat back that they had ordered. They wanted white meat. It was sad to see the employee put the chicken back with the other chicken. So unsanitary. Anyways, I should just stop ordering out. LOL. But POPEYES CHICKEN is the greasy BOMB ?!!! LOL ? ?

I’m writing the review due to the good of course was fresh and on point! NOT only that I have never been to a Popeyes before where I didn’t have to ask for condiments!!!! Everything that was needed for the family meal I wish I took the young ladies name at the register.. it was busy and she made sure every order was good and said Merry Christmas!!! I’ve been other Popeyes in other states and have never seen them get straight to the point fresh food with no attitude

When I was handed my bag of food I asked, "Is this everything?", and they assured me it was. It was not, but I didn't realize that until I got home. I have called the store 3 times now, every time it rings for about 2 minutes and then disconnects. No one answers so the odds of me getting a refund for the food I paid for but didn't get seems low.
