I work at the hospital nearby, and I'm not the only one who feels this way, my coworkers say the exact same thing. Colin consistently provides outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have someone like him representing their team.

“I just had the best church's experience I've ever had. I used to live by this churchs a couple years ago and would frequent it and it has never been this good. On May 30,2026 I came in around lunch (1pm) and the cashier/manager was very friendly and welcoming. The location didn't have everything I wanted but everything they had was great, and my fat ass didn't need a chicken sandwich to add on to my meal anyway. I got the tenders and honey hot lemon pepper boneless wings. The manager made sure my order was made fresh and the meal overall was the best I have ever had at any location. Everything I ordered was hot, my Mac n cheese was great. This place might get a bad rep because of the location but at least from my experience the staff is very accommodating and willing to satisfy the requests of their customers to the best of their abilities. The prices are fair and everything they didn't have that I wanted was completely out of the control of the staff or management. Whatever you have to do to keep this staff happy to be employed here should be done. And I will return surely after this experience.“

“This Chick Fil A has done a complete 180 since my last visit back in 2020. The service was fast, the food was good, and the dine-in atmosphere was nothing short of what I expected out of Chick Fil A, “amazing”!! “I go here all the time. I have not had any issues…. Thank goodness. Most of the time I have it delivered….. hot and everything in the bag. If I pickup, food is hot all things in the bag. I saw the manager weighing food. She wasn’t letting anything go that wasn’t supposed to be going out.“

The first impression was like stepping into a gas station kitchen. We ordered the half bird all black, which includes thighs and legs, with a medium spice level. To complement the chicken, we also got coleslaw as a side.

The service was prompt, and we received our order in no time. The chicken was simply incredible. The spice blend was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat. The skin was crispy and golden brown, while the meat inside was juicy, fresh, and tender. It was one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had in recent memory.

Every bite was a delightful combination of the spicy, crispy skin and the juicy, tender meat. The flavor was well-rounded, and I never felt any spice overpowering the taste. The medium spice level was just right for me, not too spicy or too mild.

Overall, this place is a must-try for anyone who loves fried chicken. It’s a hidden gem in Atlanta that you won’t want to miss.“

“I didn’t make a pilgrimage to Mecca or Medina, but I did visit the Dwarf House — the original Chick-fil-A — which may be the closest thing America has to a sacred chicken shrine.

Standing there, I honestly felt like I should have taken my shoes off before entering. This is hallowed ground: the birthplace of the chicken sandwich covenant, where Truett Cathy first revealed to the world that chicken, pickles, pressure frying, and exceptional politeness could become a global movement.

The Dwarf House is part restaurant, part museum, part Southern fast-food Vatican, and part fever dream for anyone who has ever wondered, “What if Chick-fil-A had lore?” The service was exactly what you’d expect: fast, friendly, and so aggressively polite that I briefly questioned whether I was spiritually prepared to order.

The food was excellent, the experience was memorable, and the whole place has a weirdly wholesome historical gravity to it. Five stars. I did not complete the Hajj, but I did see where the chicken covenant began.“

“I Was Completely Blown Away At This Restaurant. I Was Sat By A Beautiful Host Which Turn Out To Be My Server. Renisha Was Very Knowledgeable About The Ga Craft Beers. She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. As A Restaurant Manager Please Give This Server Her Flowers, She Deserves it !“
