August 20th 2026 at 5:10 p.m I came into store to eat with friend but was denied access to restroom while I waitied for other people to order. Every time I pull up to this location it’s a homeless person sitting out the door. I placed my order through the app and received no indication that anything would be wrong. When I arrived to the location around 10:10 the lobby was closed and a homeless lady was outside screaming “it hurts.” My family and I went to through the drive thru as requested. The worst!!! Manager arguing with customers!! They need new management!! No wings and refused to cook more. Everybody don't like dark meat!! The manager lady needs some straightening!!
