I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I placed my order today around 4:30 I would have avoided this location. Ordered the 8-piece $10.00 bucket special on Tuesday was offered no change for $11 and no receipt. I arrived home and opened the bucket what I found was ridiculous a greasy soggy mess the pieces in the bucket we're not the advertised pieces. AVOID THIS LOCATION and double check your order if they don't offer a receipt

This was a dine in order placed at 9:29pm. I waited 45mins, only to be kicked out as soon as I got my food because they closed the doors at 10pm. Food in hand at 10:15pm. I waited amongst a larger crowd already there before me. Everyone before me was already on 1 hour wait (after we began to talk to each other over the wait time). I don't know what was going on. But this is where transparency can make me an understanding customer, versus an irate customer. Who ever is running this franchise is trying to run it into the ground.Parking: Only a handful of parking spaces (8 maybe)Kid-friendliness: NopeWheelchair accessibility: Unless the wheelchair has big wheels, I don't know how they can roll over a 2 inch curbed sidewalk.

This location has the worst customer service of any KFC I’ve ever visited.Rude is a kind way of describing this location.Go where you’re welcomed with a smile and feel like they appreciate your business.I left without food and a sour taste in my mouth.

This store consistently gets my order wrong. I actually can't remember the last time I went in there and they got my order right. One tip-off, as with all fast food restaurants, is that if they don't give you the receipt something is probably wrong with the order and they know it already. I had to ask for the receipt to make sure and sure enough the all white option was not printed on the ticket. The order that came actually was an all dark meat order and I took it anyway because I didn't want to fool with it further.

Not sure how or why this location remains open for business....it is literally a case study of how NOT to run every aspect of a restaurant. The floors and tables are filthy, the parking lot is a landfill of trash, they run out of chicken frequently and the service is awful. The employees are miserable working here and they absolutely let you know about it with the way the treat customers. Won't be back here again for any reason.

One of the worst KFC locations I’ve ever been to. Put in an online order for pickup at 5:30pm and wasn’t given my order until almost a hour after they said it was ready. Cashier very nonchalant and acted like he didn’t want to be there, would roll his eyes every time a customer would come to the counter. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Do not come here unless you want to be disappointed. Employees arguing with eachother and not even acknowledging customers. After I had been sitting here for half an hour they changed my pickup time manually. Proceeded to make me wait as the last one to get my order.

First off, they add a "charity donation" to every transaction and unless you ask for it, they wont give you a receipt to prove it. I wonder how many people have had money stolen from them since the workers do not ask or even mention a donation. I only noticed because my total kept coming out to $8-10.00 with no exact change. Ive reported them to BBB and the local chamber, with no correction of their price-gauging. Also, a chicken based restaurant should never run out of chicken like this place often does. The Chif-fil-a dwarf house around the corner would NEVER.

If I could give a negative Star I definitely would. The chicken was greasy took 45 minutes to get only one person was in there working the manager just sitting here hanging out and not doing nothing. No customer service at all. Even when the general manager showed up, they were sitting over having a party. The employees were.
