“I've been coming to this location about once per month and there is a decline in the service. In drive-thru the 3 to 4 individuals that hand out food tend to cluster at the window, which is why I don't understand having to pull forward into a space to wait longer on food. On the inside, the cashier seemed to be short with me as if he had better things to do. When he brought my food to the table, he sort of dropped it down onto the table. “This is a very, very, very busy location. It's in a small space for the amount of traffic, which makes it very difficult to maneuver no matter how you choose to pick up your order. We went inside. We ordered 4 meals. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our order. Everyone was very nice and the food was fresh and hot. We went on a Tuesday around 11:45am.“

“To be fair I went back to Zaxby's even though I had a bad experience the last time.. My daughter insisted we give them another try.. This time the experience was good we enjoyed the food and fairly priced. I just wished they had more options on the menu..( also keep the Philly!!)“
