Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves consistently good food. Specific meals like slaw and sweet tea were mentioned. The food is often fresh, hot, and ready quickly, with some mentioning an extra sauce. However, order accuracy is a problem, as one order was missing slaw and had ice in drinks when no ice was requested. A curbside order was not ready for pickup, requiring the customer to go inside. The customer service at this location varies. Some staff members are described as pleasant, sweet, friendly, and helpful. One manager was amazing, professional, and welcoming even close to closing time, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Another manager runs a great shift and is stern but fair with the team. However, other reviews note a need for improvement in customer service and order accuracy. The bathroom cleanliness was also an issue for one customer. Overall, the experience can be excellent due to the staff, but the location needs to improve on order accuracy and service consistency.
