6 Best Chicken Wings in Fairburn

“excellent service and excellent food.“

“I’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. The wings are delicious, and the shrimp Philly is a must try! The staff is friendly, and my experiences have always been positive. This is definitely one of my favorite local spots, and I highly recommend giving it a try.“

“We ordered 40 honey hot wings which are usually delicious. Today they'd been overcooked. My husband called to make the staff aware. Unknowingly, it was near closing time. My husband arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. However, the gentleman ended up calling my husband so he'd know that he was still there and had remade the order. He wanted to ensure the wings were made correctly so the gentleman had him taste one. We have a house full of people whom the wings were for and are grateful for their customer service and kindness especially since it was their closing time.“

“Great service. The food was so good—we got a chicken pizza with veggies and it came out fresh and delicious. The Ceasar salad was yummy. Lastly we got the Pizookie which was soooo fresh and the perfect end to dinner. Highly recommend for your next pizza night out :)“

“They were very kind.. My banana peppers wasn't on my pizza but, the young lady was so nice and apologetic, she offered me two options either way, she solved the issue quickly 👏🏽..Pizza was hot and I liked it! I will return 😊“

“I had an absolutely wonderful customer service experience at Zaxby’s today! From the moment I stepped out of my car until the moment I received my food, the team made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

The young lady working the drive-thru greeted me with a warm smile before I even entered the restaurant. Once inside, she acknowledged me right away and kindly let me know she would be with me shortly. When she had to step away, another team member immediately approached and asked if I had already been helped.

It was refreshing to see such great teamwork, attentiveness, and genuine care for customers. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and ready to serve. Great customer service can truly make a difference, and this team is a perfect example of that. Thank you, Zaxby’s, for creating such a positive experience!“
