I returned back to my this location, and customer service was great, Joshua the manager approach me with the most pleasant and outstanding attitude made sure I was ok and apologize for the previous event that had happened He blended in as a teamplayer, you can tell he is naturally that way i didn't know he was the manager that's how well he make sure everyone in the restaurant was taken care of. My server Amya, was amazing very attentive, polite, helpful when deciding what I wanted because I was trying something different. Her customer service was unmatched. These two make a great team. Things were made right, and I greatly appreciate it.“

“We have several places near home to get burgers, but none quite like The Original Hot Dog Factory. You’ll find fabulous hot dogs and burgers—among other things—there. You can really see the thickness of the burger patty; it’s cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The vegetables are fresh, and the fries are cooked just right—not greasy at all—and prepared exactly how I ordered them. The hot dog is the best I’ve tried so far, too; the meat is well-seasoned, and the sausage itself has great flavor. No complaints so far! We’ll definitely remain loyal customers, and I highly recommend a visit—you won’t regret it.“

“I've been coming to this Waffle House for a while and have always has a wonderful service and good food. I just learned today that they do the Stevie Wonder birthday song! It was such a nice surprise- made my sister's birthday morning very special.

They get 4 stars on food cause the grits are hit or miss depending on who makes them. Everything else is always delicious.

My son had the fireworks waffle this morning and loved it. It has popping blue and red rice crispies on it- definitely a kids dish.

They have a good electronic jukebox that works!“

“We ordered 40 honey hot wings which are usually delicious. Today they'd been overcooked. My husband called to make the staff aware. Unknowingly, it was near closing time. My husband arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. However, the gentleman ended up calling my husband so he'd know that he was still there and had remade the order. He wanted to ensure the wings were made correctly so the gentleman had him taste one. We have a house full of people whom the wings were for and are grateful for their customer service and kindness especially since it was their closing time.“
