Don't know why but they've started closing the lobby for no apparent reason. No notice on the door or anything like that. As a truck driver I can't just go through the drive-thru, so, even though I'm craving a baconnator, I just go somewhere else.
This is the first review I’ve ever submitted online but I wanted to take the time to point out that Dez (If I heard correctly that’s his name) went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I received a meal a few days ago that wasn’t correct and I called to inform them, and Dez told me to come back another time and he had it covered. I went back tonight and it was 11:32 when I pulled up to place my order and I was told that they were closed at this point and no longer...read full review
