THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER: I do NOT recommend this location.Here at the McDonald's when the shift "ghetto manager" yelled at me, stating "awe lady keep it." I ordered 3 large sweet teas. 1 with the #3 & 2 additional. Young lady at the cash register told me they were out of large cups but would give me a medium. I said no. Management needs to do much better. Please contact corporate regarding this location because the service is consistently unacceptable. I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, it happens every time I come here.

McDonald's is a typical fast-food spot where you can expect some issues, but overall it's not a bad place to go. The staff seems unhappy, but it's still worth a visit. On the other hand, it's considered the best McDonald's by some, with friendly and professional staff, cool and clean interior. Additionally, it's one of the quickest locations in the area, with efforts made for quick service and wheelchair accessibility. Recent reviews highlight friendly and quick service, especially late at night, and good food that brings back nostalgic memories. Although there was a problem with an incorrect order and slow service for burgers, the staff's helpfulness and positive attitude stood out. One staff member, Roy, was praised for excellent customer service, being helpful and personable. The manager was appreciated for hiring great team members like Roy. Overall, customers feel the team works hard to serve good food daily, and the place remains a friendly, efficient, and clean spot for a quick meal.
