“My food was cooked to order. Although it was lunch hour and really busy I didn’t mind waiting to get hot fresh food. I always visit to get the newest item on the menu which happened to be the jerk chicken and it was delicious!“

“Today was such an anomaly I had to write about it. No stranger to this location, I have grown accustomed to the lukewarm food, sub par flavor profile and lack of service as a whole. However, TODAY!!!! November 8th, 2024 at about 3:13 pm was an entirely different experience.

I pulled up to the Drive-Thru Speaker and the “Welcome to KFC” was sincere. I placed my order. The young lady repeated it back to me, provided my total and advised me to pull up to the window. Once at the window, she provided a pleasant welcome, a smile and processed my payment.

As I ordered Tenders, she asked me which sauce I wanted, which is huge for me as they usually just assume BBQ and throw it in the bag. Yet, she understood the element of options and allowed me to choose my sauce.

I was provided my Sweet Tea, my food and was on my way.

Now, as I’m prepared for the food to be blah, imagine my utter Surprise when it was Fresh, Flavorful, and the Sweet Tea was actually sweet. Oh My Gosh!!!!! They must have a new cook, new manager, and new batch of standards because everything was spot on. My biscuit was even soft. Chile, my biscuit hasn’t been soft from KFC in years. Ha.

Today's experience was so good I had to write about it. You all have to forgive me as my food was so fresh I devoured it before taking a picture. Oops! ?“

“Thank you the young lady with the short hair I think her name was teal or Tia she was nice this what that place need she was sweet. My food was out in seconds and it seem like she care that general manager is loud in rude hope it don’t rub off on her I will be back only when she’s there!!!!“

“I Was Completely Blown Away At This Restaurant. I Was Sat By A Beautiful Host Which Turn Out To Be My Server. Renisha Was Very Knowledgeable About The Ga Craft Beers. She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. As A Restaurant Manager Please Give This Server Her Flowers, She Deserves it !“

“This was a great place to get halal wings while I was waiting at the airport (had to drive there but was worth it). The owner was very polite and makes amazing wings. He confirmed it was halal. Flavor of the wings was amazing and the price was on point. Recommend you check it out if you’re on the go.“

In drive-thru the 3 to 4 individuals that hand out food tend to cluster at the window, which is why I don't understand having to pull forward into a space to wait longer on food. On the inside, the cashier seemed to be short with me as if he had better things to do. When he brought my food to the table, he sort of dropped it down onto the table. “I swing by here to get a 6 piece wing, no fries, meal for lunch with a large sweet tea. Comes out under $10. Great food service is a little suspect at times but decent enough for what it is.

“JJ's Fish & Chicken is the bomb. If you call in your order by the time you get there, it's ready to go. I've never eaten in, but I'm sure if the atmosphere of this place is as good as the food you won't have any problems.“

“This is a very, very, very busy location. It's in a small space for the amount of traffic, which makes it very difficult to maneuver no matter how you choose to pick up your order. We went inside. We ordered 4 meals. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our order. Everyone was very nice and the food was fresh and hot. We went on a Tuesday around 11:45am.“

“This place is extremely clean, service is always fast and polite when I visited this location I was particularly impressed by the cashier. Her name was Mandy. Even though she was under a lot of pressure, she still managed to smile and be very polite. Would definitely recommend visiting this location it's one of the better ones I've been to

“Chicken from a gas station/convenience store doesn't seem like the best place to get a good meal, but this place fries up chicken better than most of the local chicken restaurants and all of the local chicken chains. Matter of fact, if it can be fried they'll drop it in a big ole grease filled fryer and cook it until it's crisp and golden brown. Be sure to pay attention to the menu though. If you rattle off a bunch of stuff you want rather than using the combo wording as on the menu then you'll pay the a-la-cart total rather than the lower combo prices. Stick to the combos and it's a pretty decent deal.“
