“My food was cooked to order. Although it was lunch hour and really busy I didn’t mind waiting to get hot fresh food. I always visit to get the newest item on the menu which happened to be the jerk chicken and it was delicious!“

“Today was such an anomaly I had to write about it. No stranger to this location, I have grown accustomed to the lukewarm food, sub par flavor profile and lack of service as a whole. However, TODAY!!!! November 8th, 2024 at about 3:13 pm was an entirely different experience.

I pulled up to the Drive-Thru Speaker and the “Welcome to KFC” was sincere. I placed my order. The young lady repeated it back to me, provided my total and advised me to pull up to the window. Once at the window, she provided a pleasant welcome, a smile and processed my payment.

As I ordered Tenders, she asked me which sauce I wanted, which is huge for me as they usually just assume BBQ and throw it in the bag. Yet, she understood the element of options and allowed me to choose my sauce.

I was provided my Sweet Tea, my food and was on my way.

Now, as I’m prepared for the food to be blah, imagine my utter Surprise when it was Fresh, Flavorful, and the Sweet Tea was actually sweet. Oh My Gosh!!!!! They must have a new cook, new manager, and new batch of standards because everything was spot on. My biscuit was even soft. Chile, my biscuit hasn’t been soft from KFC in years. Ha.

Today's experience was so good I had to write about it. You all have to forgive me as my food was so fresh I devoured it before taking a picture. Oops! ?“

“I Was Completely Blown Away At This Restaurant. I Was Sat By A Beautiful Host Which Turn Out To Be My Server. Renisha Was Very Knowledgeable About The Ga Craft Beers. She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. As A Restaurant Manager Please Give This Server Her Flowers, She Deserves it !“

“This place is awesome! It’s a small local shop ran by just 1 guy and he’s been around for 18 years! Some of the most affordable prices I’ve seen for wings in the area and he cooks them just how you like them. Regulars came up while I was waiting for my food and they all treat him like family and he knows exactly what they want too! Great place!“

“The most delicious tenders I have had in a long time! I had the second level of heat and it was perfect! The pickles are yummy and flavorful, just the right crunch. Charles at the Marietta location was most helpful, I'll definitely return soon!“

“This specific zaxbys is truly the best in all Clayton county I drive further to go to this one rather than the Jonesboro one that is right around the corner from my house. Every time I come everyone has great customer service full of smiles and welcoming energy. They clearly have chic fil a standards at this location. The food has been perfect every time I have been there a handful of times in the past 2 weeks working on the rd and my on the go meal was perfect every time! I truly hope the staff is getting the appreciation they deserve! If I could name names I would but every staff member I have made contact with was great!“

Location is in the hood but at the same time some of the best damn food is found in the hood.

“I just had the best church's experience I've ever had. I used to live by this churchs a couple years ago and would frequent it and it has never been this good. On May 30,2026 I came in around lunch (1pm) and the cashier/manager was very friendly and welcoming. The location didn't have everything I wanted but everything they had was great, and my fat ass didn't need a chicken sandwich to add on to my meal anyway. I got the tenders and honey hot lemon pepper boneless wings. The manager made sure my order was made fresh and the meal overall was the best I have ever had at any location. Everything I ordered was hot, my Mac n cheese was great. This place might get a bad rep because of the location but at least from my experience the staff is very accommodating and willing to satisfy the requests of their customers to the best of their abilities. The prices are fair and everything they didn't have that I wanted was completely out of the control of the staff or management. Whatever you have to do to keep this staff happy to be employed here should be done. And I will return surely after this experience.“

“This place is extremely clean, service is always fast and polite when I visited this location I was particularly impressed by the cashier. Her name was Mandy. Even though she was under a lot of pressure, she still managed to smile and be very polite. Would definitely recommend visiting this location it's one of the better ones I've been to
