I recieved my food at the drive through window. Food was not fresh and the tenders were small. Fries had a small amount of staleness to them. I may end up avoiding this location too.
I recently tried to place an online order and had issues. When I arrived at the store, a red headed woman, I believe her name was Autumn explained the issues Zaxbys was having with online orders. Her customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Autumn! Your store will continue to have my business!
