Henrique is the best manager he is vey kind and helpful
I was told they did not have sweet tea. My double cheeseburger looked like it was thrown together and tossed against the wall. My daughters fries were cold. No straw was given.
Almost every time I try to go into the lobby after 9:00PM, the door is locked. The posted hours for the lobby are until 11:00 p.m. There is never any sign on the door explaining why they've closed the lobby early. Either keep the lobby open according to your posted hours or change your hours of operation. It feels like a waste of time to have to park and get out of the car only to find a locked door when I want to sit down for a late meal or avoid sitting in the drive-through....read full review
