Worst customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru and she yells “go ahead”. I order my food and pull up to the window and she says my total, takes my card as she is taking someone else’s order, hands my card back and shuts the window. She never acknowledged me or said have a nice day …….nothing. I will also add she was combining through her hair with her 2” nails in the process.
sign on the door said it was a 24 hour location. I pulled up to the drive through speaker and waited for a minute and there was no answer. I began asking for assistance in getting my order, asking if they were open there was no response. After waiting for 3 minutes I pulled up to the 2nd window and there where 3 employees. one made eye contact with me and I tried to get her attention. She looked at me and walked away.
