“Hi there! I just wanted to share a quick note about my experience. I stopped by recently and truly enjoyed myself. The drinks were wonderful and the food was amazing. I actually came twice in one day because it was just that good. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and it was really nice to see the owner checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly and that everyone felt respected and taken care of. That level of care really shows. Thank you for creating such a warm and enjoyable place to visit. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon! 😊 Especially to see Lonnie at the bar … very inviting and personable !!!! And I love that he washes his hands in between and takes time to talk.“

“Great food and especially great smoothies but the workers in there take their time with everything. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to get a smoothy. The owner needs to hire two people for faster service or train them better to be more efficient.“

“This Zaxbys is worthy of attention. I’ve lived in Smyrna for 5 years and this Zaxbys always hits. The food is excellent, what you would expect from a Zaxbys, nothing abnormal. But the speed and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. The “Chick Fil a” of non Chick Fil A places. I believe a guy named Paul has some sort of authoritative role here and needs to be recognized by the city of Smyrna.“

“I have a been here twice. The first time I went. I was skeptical because no one was there and it looked like it was not open. Need a little touch up and cleaning but the customer service is awesome and my food was great. First time I order I got 10 piece wings. Second time I got fish and fries. The fish was a little salty before. Said it was fried right I will go back. Check it out for yourself.“

“Service was excellent, friendly attitude and attentive. The minestrone soup was really good hot and flavorful. The chicken was tasty along with the spaghetti. Ice tea was also brewed correctly and good to my palette. Resturant was super clean and the manager was overlooking the Olive Garden operation. Also the rest room was spotless and functional.“

“I went about a week ago for a business meeting, and they did not disappoint. All of the items tasted fresh and delicious. The service was very prompt. We barely waited 10 minutes for our food. I would absolutely hold another business meeting there.“

I left one location totally unsatisfied with my food+the lack of customer service, discovered the 5201 S Cobb location & was served by a young lady by the name of Ka’Liyah; she was TOP-Tier!! 10/10 customer service skills, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, well-mannered, and served me with a beautiful smile! I will now ONLY come to this Zaxby’s! Thanks to Ka’Liyah!!!“

“My co worker and I brought in 2 bus loads of people. The workers where very calm polite and handled all those orders like a champ👌🏾👍🏾💪🏾...This was about 2pm on a Saturday... They got us in and out on top of taking care of the drive thru...This shift is beasty!!!! Excellent Job....“
