Ice tea was also brewed correctly and good to my palette. Resturant was super clean and the manager was overlooking the Olive Garden operation. Also the rest room was spotless and functional.“

I was in town for a work conference and wanted something light, affordable, and fast. Fresh to order did not disappoint. I ate here everyday after my conference. Kid-friendliness: When I came to pick up my take-out order, I brought my two young children in with me. The people running the place looked to be the owners. Quite sure it's an authentic family run place. There was a little boy behind the front counter playing with Easter eggs and eating his chocolate. When he saw my kids, without hesitation, he gave both of my kids and Easter egg with chocolate inside. If that's not kid friendly, I don't know what is....“

“I didn't come to Panera for a while because of a terrible experience at the one by Kennestone Hospital. I even sent an email about the extremely rude person who took my order. I visited the one on East-West Connector and had a pleasant experience. The cashier, Andrew, was very sweet and easily smiled. He also knew how to use my mobile gift card, which for some reason no one else has been able to figure out. I feel bad for Andrew because he took orders, but was also constantly cleaning inside and outside of the restaurant. The man needs a raise!“

I ordered two days in advance a special order for 12 bowls of breads for my Father’s Day dinner, and they called me two minutes before the pick-up time to let me know that they only had six of them. I tried to figure out what to do, and then I called Panera back, and the phone rang off for about 20 minutes, and when finally, someone answered that said that my order was canceled.
