“It had been quite a while since my last visit to Olive Garden, and this was my first time dining at this location. I was invited to a birthday lunch, and it was nice to know that they still offer a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a thoughtful touch.

The staff were friendly and provided good service. The restaurant was not crowded, likely because I visited during the middle of a weekday.

I came to know that the restaurant now follows a policy of serving food within a specified timeframe for each course. The overall dining experience felt different from what I remembered. In particular, the taste and quality of the food seemed different from my previous visits.“

The customer service was good. I ordered hibachi fried rice and veggies (pictured) and the California roll. The California roll was really good, I forgot to get a picture lol
I asked for the rice and veggies to be cooked together, however they weren’t and so I added them together. I didn’t like the rice and veggies too much. The sushi was really good! I’ll return again for sushi only.“

“We had a great experience at Olive Garden, and a big part of that was because of Vanessa.

From the time we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and always seemed to be one step ahead of anything we needed. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount without making us feel rushed.

What really stood out was that before she even made it to our table, we overheard another group thanking her and complimenting her on how great she’d been. After our meal, it was easy to see why.

Good service can make a meal enjoyable, but people like Vanessa make you want to come back. She made us feel welcome, took great care of us, and turned an ordinary dinner into a really pleasant evening. Olive Garden is lucky to have her.“

When I picked up my food, the gentleman at the online order counter was polite, and invitingly friendly. Kid-friendliness: When I came to pick up my take-out order, I brought my two young children in with me. The people running the place looked to be the owners. Quite sure it's an authentic family run place. There was a little boy behind the front counter playing with Easter eggs and eating his chocolate. When he saw my kids, without hesitation, he gave both of my kids and Easter egg with chocolate inside. If that's not kid friendly, I don't know what is....“
