When you have small kids with you, it can be a bit of a concern.Secondly, the table cleaning was random at best. During lunch periods, I would expect at least one person to cover this continuously. Instead, people were having to clean up after previous customers.“
“Me and my family came in for the first time today and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is red and black , which is my favorite colors so we felt right at home lol. The cashier , I forget her name, but she was so patient, sweet and friendly when taking and explaining our order... the food came after about a 15 minute wait, and when I tell you we enjoyed every bite. I got the 3 whole wings and waffles with a side of baked beans and potatoe salad(thank you Marvelle W.) I would break everything down but just know this place is a must try. Marvelle was amazing. The beans compliment the chicken and if anything completes the flavor one comes to expect when having chicken with fried pickles, on that note the fried pickles have a great flavor all their own and rounds out the meal. “KeKe was nice and very attentive. Ordered the chicken wings and croffle (waffle). I got the strawberry and cream waffle. Husband had the bananas foster waffle. The waffles were pretty but the inside texture seemed as if they weren't cooked all the way, kinda mushy. But the outside seemed like it was well done. Maybe they were well done and it could possibly be that the toppings seep into the middle and make it mushy, not sure but didn't like that texture inside... the chicken wings were absolutely delicious: seasoned and fried to crispy perfection. “If you love chicken salad (and I do!) this spot is a must try. The history of the franchise is really cool. Started by women and to my eyes completely run by women as well! The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. The amount of variety from traditional chicken salad, to spicy, savory, even fruity, is staggering and definitely warrants multiple trips. I prefer more of a shredded chicken style to their “pressed and scoop” style but that’s merely a preference. The flavors are great and the prices are reasonable as well. Check it out!“
“When you walk in, the ambiance of the different walls, windows, and ceiling provided a cool atmosphere of a restaurant. The waitress was very friendly, knew we were not locals, and offered to get a free piece of chicken to see if it was to spicy because she didn't want us to pay for something we couldn't eat. For me, the breading was spicy but was very good. I ended up pulling it off and just eating the chicken but everyone in my party including my little sister didn't think it was spicy at all. The potato salad was a little too much of a mayo/mustard taste. The bake beans were to die for. The seasoning/flavor was out of this world. I would definitely go again if passing by and or was a local.“

I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. “I decided to pick up some food on the way home and this was totally worth it. Everything was cooked to order so it took about 15 minutes. But man, everything was delicious. The chicken tenders were huge and the sauces were delicious. I got the 4pc and it came with rice and kimchi. For my side I chose the tots. Again, everything was really delicious even after being in the car for 15 minutes on the way home. The rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked. The kimchi was crunchy but wasn't spicy. Loved it and if I'm in the area I'll be stopping by again.“

“Wonderful experience! In short JUST GO. Finally found a restaurant with more of a family touch. The service is amazing! Some of these reviews confuse me, such as saying the cashier is rude. My opinion is that those customers just did not get there way or didn't know how to read the menu. I've been there quite a few times and never had this happen. Though she might be in a rush sometimes since it seems she's the only front worker, I think she doesn't mean to come off as rude but wanting to get the orders in and out quicker. I use to work in the food industry and babying customers were not my first priority, serving the customers were!“

“Visited 8:15pm 1-2-2024, the wife and I ordered a salad w/ drink, soup (to go) a grilled chicken sandwich combo and a milkshake. Service was on par for Chick-fil-A (the standard for fast food in my opinion) and although the bill was $35, I do understand inflation is the reason. Surprisingly my fries were cold and soggy, so I went to the counter and told the young lady who took my order "these fries suck" and she went to place another order for fries. Within seconds of me standing there the manager also asked if everything was okay, I explained the young lady was getting me new fries and he apologized promptly and said they will be right out with fresh fries.They literally dropped new fries, when I was finishing my sandwich they brought to our table PERFECTLY cooked, crispy fries!! It make the $35 tab worth every penny.This local Chick-fil-A has won over my business for another year with absolutely superb service and high quality food. I wish I had got the servers name and the managers name because they served the wife and I much needed dinner in a professional and kind way after an extremely hard workout at the gym.
