“Love that the restaurant helps with team fundraisers. We went there to support the OP 10U Piranhas and realized their food is amazing! The wings are some of the best I had. Loved the buffalo sauce. “The food is fresh and delicious the fries are so good sometimes I come here just to get fries I don't want fries from nowhere else the wings are always cooked to perfection from my point of view this is the only place in Douglasville that I like to get wings from customer service is excellent and the place is always nice and clean a young guy by the name of Elvis waited on me and he has the perfect customer service personality and people skills“

“Soooo delicious! We will be back! Placed an order for catering to 10 people. They are very generous with the portions. Everything was soooooooooooo dang good and fresh! The cook and cashier are very polite and accommodating. They even called us back to make sure everything was to our expectations.

“great food, mostly good service, the wait could be a little better but my worst concern is the men’s bathroom, holy you cannot take a full breath in there without gagging, it smells like something died in there and it’s been like that since the it opened cuz i’ve been there probably like 5-6 times and it’s always smelled like that“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

“The food is usually good here, and the service is always excellent - friendly and caring employees. Some have been there for years. The tight parking lot buzzing with unsafe drivers and the crowded drive-thru were surprisingly not improved after a recent remodel, which are the only drawbacks to this location.“

“This is by far my favorite of all times chik fil a. The staff is always super polite, attentive, and awesome sense of humor. They all know the menus well and they take care of you. I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4. They don't play around there. Plus it was busy. Keep doing what y'all do. I can head home from the east side or south side but I will wait until I get on this side to eat.“

“The only reason I am not going with 5 across the board is the gentleman who took our order just couldn't get it right. However, the staff was amazing and constantly asking if we needed anything and even more unique was when they came out and offered us fresh ground pepper for our salads. That was pretty cool.“

“I had ordered about 8 minutes before they closed🤦🏽♀. There was no complaints from the workers and they still served with a smile. There were people coming in after me as well, and they did not turn anyone away. Such exceptional service 😁“

“We love this place. My wife always wants Chick fil a, any day of the week! We usually go inside and its always fairly quiet to dine in and you get waited on immediately unless its a rush time. Lunch and dinner rush you may find it hard to even get into the parking lot. But it's always worth it.“
“Service definitely wasn't the best I've ever had at a Chik-fil-a, but not the worse. Team looked more enthralled in conversation than assisting. At least that's what was perceived. Did forget my side salad and bun change also, but no biggie.“

“we really need a martins on south cobb drive somewhere between highland parkway and windy hill road we could use the better choices of breckfest and lunch that martins offers great food, a friendly staff and good place to sit down and eat and be able to enjoy your meal.“

“Came here with my family last week and noticed an older woman that worked here falling asleep by the trash can by the playground. A customer approached her and asked if she was ok and when she woke she said “sorry I’m sleep deprived no sleep at all” and she was confused walking back and forth unsure what to do and asked if we wanted a refill. Her eyes were red and glossy and of course we all said no thank you because we noticed what had happened. I think it’s worth looking in to for safety.“

“First time in at this location. Good value for the $5 Fill Up. Chicken tasted fresh and the guy working behing the counter that looks like Wilt Chamberlin was very friendly. I wish this location was teleported to Woodstock where I am actually afraid to eat!!!“

“Today I visited Nashville Hot Chicken in Powder Springs for the first time. The customer service was World Class, and the food was chef’s kiss. I am a chicken tender lover, and this food truck has been rated the number one place for chicken tenders in Cobb County for two years straight! I definitely will be coming back.“
