“employees are exemplary & facility inside is nice enough but dumping a rectangular tray in small round counter means they don't make it easy to dump tray at end of meal. the grilled chicken has unpleasant bite-through. the parking lot is awful, with blocked off spots and poor pedestrian access so cars, customers & employees are subject to dangers that could be improved.“

“As a fellow Nicaraguan born and raised in South Florida who was raised on Fritangas (Nicaraguan food), please know this is the most authentic tasting Nica food in Georgia! The carne asada was delicious and extremely tender, everything had the best flavor and even their sauces and juice were 10/10! I’m so happy to FINALLY have Nicaraguan food nearby. “This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

The tight parking lot buzzing with unsafe drivers and the crowded drive-thru were surprisingly not improved after a recent remodel, which are the only drawbacks to this location.“

“This is by far my favorite of all times chik fil a. The staff is always super polite, attentive, and awesome sense of humor. They all know the menus well and they take care of you. I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4. They don't play around there. Plus it was busy. Keep doing what y'all do. I can head home from the east side or south side but I will wait until I get on this side to eat.“

“I’ve been using the drive-thru here since this location opened two years ago, but today I finally sat down inside and it did not disappoint.

Service: Exceptional. Beat the peak lunch rush and never felt rushed. The manager personally checked on our table, and the staff was genuinely friendly.

Food: Everything was fresh and quick. I tried the new grilled chicken and waffle sandwich 10/10, absolute perfection.

Overall: 10/10. Chick-fil-A sets a high bar, but the Jimmy Lee Smith team goes above and beyond.“

“This Chick-fil-A has always been great for me. I normally dine-in, sometimes drive thru. I have not had any problems, the food and service are always great, and there's often someone walking around who greets me and offers to throw my trash away for me. I see people complaining about drive thru quality and service. If a restaurant's drive through is extremely long, then they are over capacity and rushing like crazy to fulfill orders. Then customers complain about time and quality. If the line is too long, go inside. It's not that long of a wait and the quality will be better than rushing your food. Everyone likes to complain so much, but not give any empathy. Convenience raises our expectations too much. Remember to thank those who are serving you. Customer service is a hard job.“

“Came here with my family last week and noticed an older woman that worked here falling asleep by the trash can by the playground. A customer approached her and asked if she was ok and when she woke she said “sorry I’m sleep deprived no sleep at all” and she was confused walking back and forth unsure what to do and asked if we wanted a refill. Her eyes were red and glossy and of course we all said no thank you because we noticed what had happened. I think it’s worth looking in to for safety.“
