This American deli was one of the best. Ive been in douglasville for the past 4-5 months and frequent this location. I don’t know what has changed within the last week or 2. Im not sure if they are under new management or what but the chicken has changed. The chicken is now larger and it has a funny smell and taste. This American Deli is disgusting! The red head dude at the register is always rude! The chicken tenders I ordered were burnt or cooked to a crisp. When he opened the container I said look at these and held them up and he closed the box all nonchalantly! Brought them home only to take a picture. Horrible

I work up the road, and this is my favorite place to eat for lunch! The owner has the best attitude and best customer service I have ever experienced in Douglasville. I do not eat at any fast food restaurants in Douglasville, but American Deli always makes sure I am satisfied with my order! This store does not get enough credit for their amazing service.
