I ordered a 3 pc fish with wings. It came with no fries. How are you selling combos with no sides? I was given blue cheese instead of tartar sauce. This is unfortunate.

I work up the road, and this is my favorite place to eat for lunch! The owner has the best attitude and best customer service I have ever experienced in Douglasville. I do not eat at any fast food restaurants in Douglasville, but American Deli always makes sure I am satisfied with my order! This store does not get enough credit for their amazing service.

This American deli was one of the best. Ive been in douglasville for the past 4-5 months and frequent this location. I don’t know what has changed within the last week or 2. Im not sure if they are under new management or what but the chicken has changed. The chicken is now larger and it has a funny smell and taste. The chicken itself is over powering the flavor of the chicken. Something is not right with the chicken. I knew I wasn’t tripping, my mom went tonight and said the same exact thing and threw her wings away she could not eat them she would usually devour them. Whatever y'all changed with the chicken y'all need to change it back. I know inflation is real but invest the right way into your business you’re going to get a return on your investment plus profit, raise the price of the food if you have to!!!

I ordered a 6 piece wings meal and asked for ranch dressing and the guy told me 75cents I thought you get a choice of dressing with your meal. Not going back.

This American Deli is disgusting! The red head dude at the register is always rude! The chicken tenders I ordered were burnt or cooked to a crisp. When he opened the container I said look at these and held them up and he closed the box all nonchalantly! Brought them home only to take a picture. Horrible
I called in at 5:28 got to the restaurant at 5:36 they had me standing in there until 5:50. The whole time my order was sitting on the rack behind the counter. Didn’t get a sorry nothing just “Oh i didn’t see it” after I stood there in the front by myself. no one else. for 20 minutes.

I only rate 1 star because the food and the service. No long wait time. The lack come in as the girl cashier called me a b**** a** n****. It amazes me how someone can disrespect you always got an attitude and be the first to want to call the police. I did not say anything to this lady but she needs to do better with her attitude.
