“So this is a repeat visit. I was given a replacement meal from another location where sand & grit was in my pasta salad. I'm happy to say, no problems this time. I think the wait is long considering everything is pre-made. If also prefer a break on price instead of the number of logos for a fancy presentation. That's just me.“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

“This Chick fil a is well organized and moves customers through the drive thru very quickly. A pleasure to visit.
They are located near Lakepoint Sports Complex in Emerson, GA. They excell in getting athletes and spectator on their way quickly.“

The tight parking lot buzzing with unsafe drivers and the crowded drive-thru were surprisingly not improved after a recent remodel, which are the only drawbacks to this location.“

“Camila was working the window this morning at least my bag had that name on it. She is beautiful, has brown hair, and butterfly tattoos. She completely made my day though. I was having a really hard morning and was literally in tears as I was trying to get my food and she was so sweet and supportive. She hyped me up and helped me be ready for the day. It was the kindest thing and really meant so much. It was an act of kindness that I really needed. She also worked quick and efficient still. The second my food was ready it was out the door and I was on my way. She deserves a raise!“

“I had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A recently. The food came out lightning fast — we barely had time to find a seat and settle down before our order was already brought to the table. The service was excellent from start to finish.

The food is a bit pricey and the portions are somewhat small, but the taste definitely made it worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared.

I also appreciated the attention from the staff. A lady was walking around the dining area checking on customers, asking how everything was, and offering extra sauces if needed, which added a nice personal touch to the experience.

Another big plus was that the playground area was very clean and well maintained, which is important when dining with kids. Overall, it was a fast, friendly, and enjoyable visit.“

“Today, I took my kids to Chick-fil-A Towne Lake to pick up a quick lunch, while we were out running errands. We ordered through the app, for curbside pickup. Our order was delivered quickly & the staff member who brought it to us was friendly, as they always are. When we got home & opened the bag, I realized that there were 2 chicken sandwiches in there, instead of the 2 nuggets that I ordered. My order has never been wrong from this location (or any other CFA) & that’s a miracle b/c we hit this place up at least twice a week on average! 😂🐷🤷🏻‍♀️ Understanding that mistakes happen, although CFA rarely makes a mistake, I called to see if I could come back & exchange the 2 sandwiches for nuggets (my kids won’t eat the Lord’s chicken sandwiches 🤦🏻‍♀️). Scott, the operator of this location, answered & told me that he would bring the nuggets to my house! Shocked, I told him that I really didn’t mind coming back, but he insisted & arrived at my front door 5min later with a huge smile & a bag of nuggets for my kids, along with a little extra treat 🍪 for them. Service: Exceptional. Beat the peak lunch rush and never felt rushed. The manager personally checked on our table, and the staff was genuinely friendly.

Food: Everything was fresh and quick. I tried the new grilled chicken and waffle sandwich 10/10, absolute perfection.

“Came here with my family last week and noticed an older woman that worked here falling asleep by the trash can by the playground. A customer approached her and asked if she was ok and when she woke she said “sorry I’m sleep deprived no sleep at all” and she was confused walking back and forth unsure what to do and asked if we wanted a refill. Her eyes were red and glossy and of course we all said no thank you because we noticed what had happened. I think it’s worth looking in to for safety.“
