“Hate to go get a refill on your drink and have 2-3 people behind the counter ignore you. Put soda machines out so we can get our own refills or train the staff to be more accommodating.

“Bruxie is a great addition to this shopping center’s selection of restaurants! This restaurant is fairly new and really impressed me. It was clean and spacious inside. I got the Holy Chicken! waffle chicken sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the waffle was soft and buttery. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out for amazing chicken and waffles!“

“We always chose this if are in mood of halal burgers. It taste good.
This time we ordered Takoyaki, as it says halal so we thought everything is halal, but the TAKOYAKI have octopus in it. And octopus is not halal. It would be best if you guys update your menu either mention its not halal or replace it with some halal meat.“

I called the catering line and the consultant helped me order the appropriate amount of food with a nice variety of flavors for all the different needs of the attendees. “Came in with littles during a rain storm. It was busy but there was no line and the dining room staff was constantly cleaning to keep tables available. Compared to other locations, seating is minimal but we didn’t have an issue grabbing a table! Food was quick and excellent!“

“Consistently banging food with very polite workers that A: keep the place clean stocked and organized well, and B: that keep a good pace with at times pretty punishing rushes during lunch and dinner. Whether I'm picking up doordash orders or eating personally the workers here are always on point.

As far as how much your dollar gets you here, the chick trio is three of either scoops or one of the sides; that, a large drink, and a fair tip is about 20 dollars, and you're given a pickle, crackers, and pleasant little cookie complimentary. I'd say the chick was enough for two meals for me (M "6'4 240lbs) and the rest of the meal items will run you one good meal for about the same price. The scoops will be bigger than the sides/salads/cups of soup, but it might surprise you how well it can balance out your meal :)

Everything's good, but the chicken salad, egg salad, and pimento cheese are always always on point. It's impossible to get correct pimento cheese and this place is the closest I can find in Vining's.

I'll take a point away for atmosphere, because it always seems like a manager in the back or a customer in the front is getting aggressive or dripping with angry confrontational vibes, and the atmosphere can get a little tense!

Overall excellent spot to go any time of the year!

“Very disappointed in the mobile ordering at this location. My order was missing several things that had been requested - like sauces, extra dressing for the salads, and extra cheese for the salads. While these are small things, if your menu allows extras for the orders, then they need to make sure they are added to the order.“

Parking: Very accessible for parking to get carryout orders as there is a parking lot, and is connected to a target parking lot.

“So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

One area where improvement is needed to make this review a 5stars, from my own experience, is unwelcoming attitude from the person taking the order (Service). Chick-fil-A reps usually greet you and use the “it’s my pleasure” answer when you thank them. Unfortunately at this location she barely greeted us as and did not respond to our “thank you” at the end, as if we were interacting with a robot. Customer service is the top item on the list of items that makes me go back to chic-fil-A over and over. customer service is also what differentiates them from the rest.

“I liked this location much better before the remodel but it's still reliable and convenient. Since the remodel, it has yet to stabilize. The mobile thru line helps ordering in a faster manner but it feels like you still have wait the same amount of time as those ordering onsite. Some of the new, younger employees don't adhere to the personable, quality service formula you'd expect from Chick Fil A and make mistakes when taking your order (i.e. giving you extra pickles when you specifically say no pickles). I just hope the mobile thru experience gets improved and the new employees get better training so that I can give this place 5 stars again.“

“Pretty great and consistent like other Chick-fil-A locations. Probably the one thing that gets me the happiest is that this location seems to give better chicken biscuits. “We have been twice in two weeks. The fried chicken is fantastic. We have eaten the fried jalapeños and the tamales plus the fried chicken and a brunch item called The Champ. Both appetizers were excellent, I would recommend either/both. The fried chicken has a light batter and skin that is some of the best I’ve ever eaten. White, dark or wings, all of it was good. The brunch item , The Champ, was a mix of eggs, smoked sausage, fried chicken and Texas toast. Not only did it look delicious, but it tasted delicious. Pricing is reasonable for both food and beer. Two chicken dinners, The Champ and a beer for $37.00.....not bad at all. They have local beer on tap and national names in cans. The atmosphere is chill and there are dollar bills all over the walls. The bills are fun to read. If you are in Athens, game day or not, you owe it to you and your family to go to this joint and eat. Five stars all the way!!!“

“CFA atmosphere is the same everything. It’s one of the things I like the most about it. This location struggles to take orders well. Almost every time I’m in there are multiple people running around doing almost anything but taking orders, especially if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast ends. I’ve missed breakfast multiple times despite being there more than 15 minutes before it ends with a line of less than 5 people. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru over the lobby.“
