This has been my Hardee's stop every time I come to Sandy springs and have seen the different employees throughout the year since 2011 and by far Andrew has given me the best customer service he was amazing attentive and have the most beautiful positive energy I am so glad that he is here. “I’m writing this review to give kudos to an employee who went above and beyond tonight. Because of Zeta there was widespread power outages around Sandy Springs/Dunwoody. I pulled up to this Wendy’s to see nothing but a long line wrapped around a building and thought I’m going to be here forever. As I drove around the building there was an employee outside by the name of Mel. With my window rolled down as I was waiting in line and placing my order via the app. She came up to the car and said “hey if you would like I can place you in a parking spot and take your order.” I let her know I was placing my current order on the app. She told me perfect instead of waiting in the line I can pull you into a parking spot and go get your food. For someone like me who came from the customer service world it excites me that an employee cared about how fast I would like my order. Not only did she escort me to a parking spot. She asked for the name on my order and from what I think would have been a 30-40min wait turned into 15mins. But that’s not all, I saw her take care of every single customer like that as I waited for my order with a big smile on her face and a cheerful hello.Thanks to Mel going above and beyond her job she made an experience that I have never seen done at a Wendy’s before. I hope that her higher ups do see this review and she gets the recognization she deserves.“
