“In two visits to this area, we've stopped in this VARSITY location both times - a quieter, less busy, less chaotic alternative to downtown (which we also pass when in the area). Maybe too quiet: Both times we have been, it was midweek and mid-afternoon, but for the size of this location (it's HUGE) it was 'dead'. Hopefully it's just when we have been and not like this all the time. (VARSITY has been closing these outlying locations, one at a time, for a few years now.) While downtown is *THE* experience; this location is more for [current or former] locals wanting the comfort & nostalgia of eating VARSITY without the fuss. It is very clean - from the parking lot, to the outdoor area, to the indoor dining, even the restrooms. VERY clean. We parked where we wanted, went straight to the register to place our order, and sat where we wanted. Food is fast and cooked to order and just as good (if not better) as Downtown. I'd actually recommend this location to anyone I knew who was going to be in the area that was already familiar with The VARSITY [Downtown], wanted the food but not wanting the 'experience' of the Downtown location.“

“One of the best deli style restaurants in Georgia. The owner/staff are amazing. I have been eating here for a decade and every visit has been perfect! Most food is made to order and every item is served hot or cold as served or requested. Make a visit, you won't be disappointed.

“I just in from DC & was starving I told my Baby Bro & he took me right to Martin's. I was not disappointed we got the Grits w/Cheese bowl w/a Sausage ?? So very good.
The atmosphere is a fast causal, with a homie vibe.
And the $$ getting breakfast for 3 people under$20 was amazing.

“Very happy to have found this place. The cheesesteak was proper and fresh and I was amazed by the price. These days it's hard to find lunch for under $15. Was surprised to find this quality of a lunch for just over $10. And it came with a drink!“

“This was our first visit to this Krystals in Norcross. We visited after church on new years morning. I give it 5 stars. We were greeted with a good morning as we entered the building. The staff was very nice and friendly to be working on new years day. All the tables were clean. No food or paper on carpet. The lady taking our order was very nice, and polit, not rushing us to place our order as we've experienced at another krystals. The food was nice, and hot and was ready by the time we got our drinks and sat at our table. I will visit again.“

“Look, its fast food. Lots of these reviews are people who cant be honest with themselves. Ive been coming here since it OPENED... I live 1min away, and I've never had any issues that you dont have anywhere else from time to time. Overall, I still hit this spot regularly. Lots of Chili cheese fries and popcorn chicken combos. The fast food connoisseurs that are upset at kids working here or sporadic issues with food quality probably cruised up on a hoveround with Wilford Brimley and an insulin machine gun. Fast food places all get low reviews because they don't get respect for what they are. They should all get an automatic 1star bump just because everyone downs them like they're supposed to compete with Wolfgang puck. Get real folks.“
