the breakfast is always the best & the price is outstanding😘
This was our first visit to this Krystals in Norcross. We visited after church on new years morning. I give it 5 stars. We were greeted with a good morning as we entered the building. The staff was very nice and friendly to be working on new years day. All the tables were clean. No food or paper on carpet. I love Krystal sausage egg and cheese biscuits, however I love 15 mins away and every time I've come the biscuits were burned on the bottom or old. It's pretty disappointing.

However, the restaurant's physical condition needs improvement, with a run-down parking lot and security concerns. The inside is quite hot, likely due to the air conditioning being out, making it uncomfortable for both customers and staff. The building shows signs of age, from faded menus to worn decor, and the chairs in the dining room have rust all over them. The restaurant could benefit from renovations to improve the overall environment.
