There used to be one guy that worked there I think was a manager who had great customer service and ALWAYS got my order right. The last two times it's been a lady with NO customer service, basically throws your food/drink at you and instead of chicken burritos which I always get. They give me beef which I don't like. We ordered over $40 worth of tacos. 2 DLT combo with drinks, 12 pk Cinnabons, and chicken crispanadas. The price wasn’t the problem as we upgraded from beef to steak on one of the combos, which was expected.What the PROBLEM was, was asking for STEAK, lettuce, and tomatoes. You’d figured they can accomplish a three ingredient taco.. and our order still came out wrong TWICE. Had no issues. Store looked clean, everybody was friendly & helpful. It's been years since I had taco bell, but I'd go back to this location*update 02/09/24. The original post was over a year ago. OK so, I did a mobile, drive though order. Two tacos, nothing special. Only thing I didn't like was the mf at the drive though wanted to slam the window after giving me food.I ain't tripping cuz my food was right, I got sauces & I'm str8..
