It's was maybe late but there wasn't anything special that stood out about this Bell. It wouldn't hurt to getva little more help with staff as well. That way you don't have to close the dining room 15 minutes early. They took my order anyway.

Just because it's late at night doesn't mean food and service has to be below standard. Employee at drive thru window was on his phone (while wearing gloves), manager was seen pulling up pants (also wearing gloves), food was burned to the point where Satan himself would be proud. Extremely disappointed. Really need to lower my expectations of taco bell in general. Especially after spending $30+. Seriously, what is going on.

There used to be one guy that worked there I think was a manager who had great customer service and ALWAYS got my order right. The last two times it's been a lady with NO customer service, basically throws your food/drink at you and instead of chicken burritos which I always get. They give me beef which I don't like. And the beef is cheaper then chicken, so it also wastes my money. The first first time I thought it was a mistake. But this is now the SECOND time. After a working 10+ hr shifts sometimes I just want to grab a meal and enjoy it instead of cooking. Looks like I'll throw this out, waste my money, and I'll be cooking. Never returning to this taco bell.

We ordered over $40 worth of tacos. 2 DLT combo with drinks, 12 pk Cinnabons, and chicken crispanadas. The price wasn’t the problem as we upgraded from beef to steak on one of the combos, which was expected.What the PROBLEM was, was asking for STEAK, lettuce, and tomatoes. You’d figured they can accomplish a three ingredient taco.. and our order still came out wrong TWICE. After sitting in drive thru for 30 mins, manager gave us an attitude as if we were the problem for asking what we wanted in the first place.Then, came home just for his steak taco to taste like dog food. Had one bite and was thru. He said, and I quote “I’ve smelt dog food better than this.” Last time coming here until their staff/quality improves. It would’ve been more satisfying watching my money burn than eating here ever again.

Had no issues. Store looked clean, everybody was friendly & helpful. It's been years since I had taco bell, but I'd go back to this location*update 02/09/24. The original post was over a year ago. OK so, I did a mobile, drive though order. Two tacos, nothing special. Only thing I didn't like was the mf at the drive though wanted to slam the window after giving me food.I ain't tripping cuz my food was right, I got sauces & I'm str8.. All that slamming the window is not needed though. Check ya lil attitude at the door before you clock in though. People don't just snap at restaurants for nothing

Went to pick up DoorDash and advised the team that I was there for “pick up for xxx” and the rudest older lady said “mhmm” 30 minutes later, no order… thank god for a gentleman that came in from a break or something and asked if I needed help and i said yes “I’m here for DoorDash for xxxx” and then one of the other girls says “oh well we have to make it cause we didn’t hit confirm” 15-20 minutes later the man finally made the food… all of them had attitude, none of them acknowledged that there were people in their dining room etc it’s ridiculous! If you hate your job or don’t like people or are properly trained in customer service , please find another job cause none of us want to see your rudeness

My confusion was when I went to grab my cheesy Gordita crunch they had the hard shell and the cheesy tortilla separate. I had to put my taco together. I don’t know why they didn’t just put it together. My hard taco supreme was made perfectly. Idk what happened there. And the steak was super dry. Almost like jerky. Oh and no ice either so had to drink a hot lemonade. The drive thru lady was nice. But overall a sad lunch day today

Probably the best staffed TB I've ever been to. Everyone was super nice. The associate and I carried a convo about football while my food was made. My soft taco was made wrong, they apologized, and remade it super quick. Even gave me some coupons for this location. Really enjoyed my experience here.
