I really hate this McDonald's but I'd do anything for my babies. The kid that used to work at Food Depot is leaps and bounds above everyone else there as far as customer service. I'll miss him at my grocery store but I'm happy to know I'll get a VIP service when I have to go to this McDonalds.

McDonald's offers a mixed dining experience with a focus on family-friendly features. The restaurant's layout, space, and play area with interactive devices are appreciated by families, providing entertainment for children. The restaurant is generally clean, and the bathrooms are also clean, which adds to a positive atmosphere. The food is usually hot and fresh-made, making it a decent place to eat. However, the presence of fruit flies and small bugs in the food and drinks has been a significant issue, negatively impacting the overall dining experience and appetite. The bug problem can be a "buzz kill," making it difficult to enjoy a meal peacefully. Customers have noted that there is no changing table in the bathroom, no family or gender-neutral bathroom, and that they need to ask for napkins, straws, or ketchup, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, hand sanitizer is not available in the playplace or anywhere in the restaurant, raising concerns about cleanliness. The playplace is fun for kids aged 2 and 4 but does not seem to be cleaned every day. Despite some positive reviews praising the friendly and quick staff, the recurring insect problem and issues with food presentation, such as fries that look like leftovers and small double patties, have led to dissatisfaction. Overall, while it is one of the best McDonald's locations in Georgia, the insect issue and certain service aspects have caused some hesitation to return.
