“As a native of Houston, TX, I’m known to be a bit of a taco snob/critic. I passed by the place in route to Chipotle for lunch and happened to see this sign first. Let me say I absolutely loved everyday I had (2 taco lunch special). Incredibly personable staff. Very clean inside. I highly recommend this place.“

“Saw all the bad reviews for this location but I guess that made the staff want to step up. I live closer to the one on Pleasant Hill Rd. behind the Kroger & LA Fitness but the service is so bad there and they never have my sweet heat sauce, so I decided to try the Jimmy Carter Blvd at Peachtree Ind. Blvd location. The gentleman at the drive thru window was really friendly and professional. This location didn't have my sweet heat sauce either but he went back to the kitchen and had them make a 'hot sauce with honey' version of it that actually tasted even better. Love it! Hope it stays this way. If so, I'll definitely be back and you should give them a try too.“

“I went to this place on a recent Sunday, I found the food quite good, very spicy and seasoned. The customer service was good, but the waiting time was not so long, I think that for a Sunday it was normal that they were so busy and that's why it was so late, but the wait was worth it with their incredible plates of food. The surrounding environment was somewhat uncomfortable because there were many tables with dirty dishes and also in the parking lot too many people circulating around, you never felt calm. The fried shell was so crispy and light but held together well enough to eat it without crumbling to pieces on the first bite! It came with tomatoes and sour creme. But the chicken was the star of the show... shredded, tender, over stuffed and delicious. And to make it even better, just $3.25 each!!! You can't go wrong.“

It’s more of a drive threw place. Prices were pretty standard for tacos these days. We spent $28 for two people and got 4 tacos, 1 torta de asada, and two aguas frescas (tamarindo and horchata). “This place is awesome. I went to the buffet today and loved it. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. I like the salsa bar and the buffet. Buffet is only on friday, saturday and sunday so when those days roll around i know where i'll be headed. I used to think Nuevo Laredo was the best mexican food in the ATL...not anymore. The mexican food in atlanta is Don Taco. Its a hole-in-the-wall type place but dont be scared by the outside. You wont be sorry.“

“Excellent find for a Tuesday lunch. Came in with my cousin and her kids to have a swift nice lunch. Service was awesome. Servers are kind and very knowledgeable. I can see this place getting busy on weekends and have been in the restaurant business myself. All in all great teamwork from kitchen and staff so the comments talking about bad service must be during rush hours. They do get a lot of takeout orders but they still maintain the effort to get your food out. The mixtas pupusas were delicious and hefty!!! Bang for your buck. And the curtido was bomb I almost ate the whole bowl. The sauces were all very delicious as well. My cousin got the pollo con tajada, I do wish they offered just the breast as an option but nonetheless it was pretty decent. The baleadas were huge, they were good as well but they are not handmade): which is okay but definitely doesn’t beat handmade. I also wanted to try their lengua tacos and they were surprisingly delicious! They marinated it in some kind of seasoning that definitely changes this up. Overall if you are loooking for awesome pupusas, give them a try! Will be coming back soon“
