This nice “NEW” wendys has tasty food. However, the employees…..etiquette ….etiquette…..etiquette. How is it my fault that I ordered food, paid for it and you dont have my order when I show up to pickup? The woman in the drive thru so flustered as to how to remedy the situation, served me nothing but attitude in that drive thru.
I haven't gotten Wendy's or fast food in a long time. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but tonight Wendy's was a great experience. The lady taking my order at the window was cheerful, pleasant, and accurate. She was so nice. My food was ready very quickly, and was spot on without any issues. On top of that, the food was hot, the fries seemed fresh, and everything was really good.I'm not sure if this is how this Wendy's operates normally, but everything was just great. Very good breakfast sandwiches as fast food breakfast sandwiches go. I got there about 8:00am. I was surprised and disappointed that the dining area was closed and all doors were locked. I must admit, I am not necessarily a big fan of Wendy's for no particular reason. However, for a breakfast sandwich, Wendy's is a top the drive through breakfast competition.
