Two days ago, I visited a different Wendy’s location. I ordered a 10-piece spicy nugget meal with a strawberry lemonade, and everything was fresh and hot! On my way home, I passed by another Wendy’s and decided to make a u turn, expecting the same experience I had from the previous location.While the customer service was excellent and my nuggets and lemonade were good, unfortunately, the fries weren't hot enough. Since I was already in my car heading home, I didn't want to turn around again to request fresh fries.

Add this to the long list of failing fast food restaurants. Ordered in the drive through. Had to park and walk inside to request a refund due to 2 large orders in front of me. This is a lunch break. I would rather eat in a restaurant for the price and time wasted. They refused a refund and made me wait for my food.

Very good breakfast sandwiches as fast food breakfast sandwiches go. I got there about 8:00am. I was surprised and disappointed that the dining area was closed and all doors were locked. I must admit, I am not necessarily a big fan of Wendy's for no particular reason. However, for a breakfast sandwich, Wendy's is a top the drive through breakfast competition.

This nice “NEW” wendys has tasty food. However, the employees…..etiquette ….etiquette…..etiquette. How is it my fault that I ordered food, paid for it and you dont have my order when I show up to pickup? The woman in the drive thru so flustered as to how to remedy the situation, served me nothing but attitude in that drive thru.
