Phenomenal customer service, team was patient with my huge last minute order. They had no issues with me coming in late and accommodating our family meal order
We did a last minute order 15 minutes before close for a party of 7, we told the team it’s understandable if they cant do it, but the team insisted they could and had no issue doing it.They were very patient with our order and delivered us the food in a great time. Great team Great service easily the best order experience i had

Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular fast food restaurant praised for its friendly staff and delicious food. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the helpfulness of employees like Shalon and Diamond, who provide excellent customer service and make dining experiences pleasant. Many reviewers mention the restaurant’s clean environment, especially noting the drive-thru service, which is quick and efficient. The drive-thru staff consistently receive praise for their professionalism and kind attitude, with some customers noting they can hear the staff’s friendly smiles through the intercom.
The menu features tasty options such as the chicken finger meal and the traditional Wing, often accompanied by popular sauces like hot honey mustard. There is also a new banana pudding milkshake that has been well received. However, some concerns include the closing of the dining area early, around 9:15 pm, and issues with cleanliness at the drink station later in the evening. One customer also mentioned an unpleasant experience with an employee who reeked of marijuana.
Overall, Zaxby’s location is admired for its good food, helpful staff, and clean restaurant, making it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal, especially through the drive-thru.
