“I have never in my life met more kind people than at this Chick-Fil-A. We were on our way home from an Epic Taylor Swift concert and we were immediately greeted and welcomed! The dining room staff member, Kristin went above and beyond for us. It wad top knotch service. She clearly loves her job and the customers she serves. Luiz was another member who stepped up and went above and beyond for us. He came to talk to us about Taylor Swift. He was the cutest! On our way out he gave us brownies! “AMAZING BURGERS only begins to define what is an overall AMAZING experience! The burgers are hand formed patties and taste homemade. The service was incredible as well. I ordered 3 separate orders from several picky eaters. They were prepared for exactly as requested and we all 3 said how much we loved these burgers. It's a real treat!“

“I’m frankly pleased I can submit this review.

This time the food was hot. I ran out of sauce. And not only did I NOT have to go to the back of the line, a polite employee noticed my gesture, he came over and I requested sauce as I had run out again.

He politely explained that I normally would need to pay for it, but was happy to provide me with sauce free of charge.

So not only did I not have to wait in line for 20 minutes, but he kindly brought it to me.

I know my previous experience left me with a hang up, but this was the opposite.

Thank you for being courteous.

I also want to point out that I would still gladly pay for the sauce, as long as I didn’t have to wait in line for it.

But I didn’t have that issue. They were running a tight quality ship and seem to love what they do there. I couldn’t say the same about my previous experience with the other canes.

Part of my hang up is that canes is known for their quality.

But that location in Buford 2 years ago insisted that the reputation wasn’t important because whatever degraded mentally was going on that day was the rule.

I’ve travelled across the country to visit many Checkers (and Rally’s) locations in my time, and this location is by far the best. “I've always had satisfactory customer service at this location. Burgers sometimes end up a bit too pink to my liking, large fries end up being medium in a larger box and will have salt regardless how you order them, baconator missing half its bacon, etc. The only thing that truly bothers me is the parking lot is pitch black dark at night to where you can't even see where you're stepping. It feels like a civil litigation nightmare waiting to happen and the owner should really get those lightpoles outside turned on at night as soon as possible.“

I will say it’s off in a tiny corner inside the Majik Market for anyone that has trouble finding it like I did, but so worth it. “Absolutely amazing! Husband and I just picked up a plate of White rice sauce pwa and legume and it’s the best we’ve ever had in Atlanta through our travels hands down. It’s so good we ate it all up in 10 minutes and realize we forgot to take a picture of our food the atmosphere is also so beautiful and the people are too sweet great service in there we will definitely be back for a date night. Encore will definitely be the only place we go to now for our Haitian food in Atlanta“
