“Stopped by Mr. Cow in Sugarloaf Mills for a post-movie snack! It’s been a minute since I’ve had a Korean corn dog, so I went with my usual: the mozzarella with potato. You just can’t beat that combo of crispy potato and melty, stretchy cheese.

The server suggested adding a topping, and while I usually stick to the basics, I decided to try the honey butter this time.

Honestly? It was alright, but I’ve learned my lesson. I should have stuck to my guns and skipped the extra topping. Regardless, the quality could have been better as this one should have cooked a little bit longer. Some of the dough was still raw.

If you’re at the mall and need a quick, satisfying bite, this is definitely a go-to.

“I gotta say PHENOMENAL job to this staff on Tuesday night. They hustled their behinds off. I have never seen a Five Guys so packed and busy but they were on it like a well oiled machine. Because of Five Guys' 40th birthday, they had a BOGO free burger special that could only be used online or on the app. I have seen some online feedback in which some locations had a hard time in various areas...all I know is my burger was A1 (soooo delicious!) The fries were just okay. I am not sure if this was due to the new packaging (bags instead of cups) but they were soft and pretty soggy but because of the burger quality and taste and how this staff handled the influx of customers, I give FIVE STARS! My name was called about 30-35 minutes after my online ETA but I wasn't even mad. They were working hard! OUTSTANDING job on Tuesday evening, February 17th and happy 40th birthday to Five Guys!!! I usually go to the Old Peachtree location but was unable to order online, so chose this one and it did not disappoint. ☺️💗“

“I go to McDonalds every day to get coffee and 3-4 times a month for food, and this is one of the best locations in the North Metro area. I went for the first time on a Sunday at 10:56 am. No problem ordering 3 breakfast orders for my family and a lunch order for me. Food came out perfect like you see in the photos. The employees were all super nice, which is rare for any food place nowadays. It was a perfect experience. Other locations can learn from this one.“

“Order 3 biscuits and they were very hard. The biscuits were definitely not like the Church's Chicken in Norcross. Perhaps they just gave me a bad batch at the Lawrenceville location.
Took the biscuits back and the store manager gave me some fresh biscuits. They were MUCH better than the previous batch.“

To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person.
