At a time when good employees are hard to find, and then you find Katty, you have to pinch yourself. “Great place to eat! The restaurant is always clean, the employees are friendly, and you can tell they do their best to provide great service. Everyone is welcoming, and the food is always good. Not only is this a great place to grab a meal, but it also has an amazing work environment. Whether you choose to dine in, use the drive-thru, or order delivery, the experience is always convenient and enjoyable. I always have a great experience here and definitely recommend stopping by!“

“First visit in quite a while. I see that they've modernized the store which was nice. Best of all, after serving the meal I found an error and brought it to his attention and he earnestly apologized and corrected the issue. No harm no foul!“

“Service from Manager and Cook was awesome...however it would have been considerate for the female employee getting off her shift to politely let the person in line know someone will be with them shortly instead of just walking out and the Cook in the back come to the front instead of making the food.“

“We have not been eating out as much as possible since the Coronavirus pandemic and tonight we decided to venture out with our masks on to pick up a quick family dinner after working all day. I was so impressed with the young mans customer service at the register (who was behind a plexiglass partition) and with the safety measures and social distancing they are enforcing. Only 2 people inside at a time and you wait outside for your order to be called over a speaker. Food was GREAT! Wings were super crispy and delicious! The price and the amount of food I received was a surprise! More than enough to feed our family of 5! Highly recommend! Great job guys 👏🏼! And they were packed with orders coming in and going out!“

“I placed an order for 11 different dishes, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive what I ordered in several of them. For example, I ordered chow mein, but instead, I got white rice. This happened with several other dishes as well. The quality of the food was good, but the confusion with the orders was quite frustrating. I hope they can improve accuracy in the future.“

“Doordash for this particular location frequently, and getting help for regular customers and doordashers is abysmal. They don't address anyone, they look at you and then act like you're not there, and you have to demand help from someone for anyone to get help. Food might be good and fresh here, but there is no customer service training whatsoever.“

Alfred was attentive, quick, and made sure my order was exactly right, checking in to ensure everything was fresh and prepared how I wanted. “I was skeptical coming to this location based on the reviews. Maybe they have revamped their team ? They have a 100 health score and the drink area appeared to be clean when I looked. The staff was friendly and informed me if the it would cost me extra for adding more of an item.“
