At a time when good employees are hard to find, and then you find Katty, you have to pinch yourself. “This place is the best whataburger in Georgia, the apple pies here are 2 for $4 dollars!

Make sure you tell the cashier to upsize the order to large, and tell them what sauces you need at the speaker before you pull up the window.

My favorite meal is the sweet and spicy burger ADD 2 meat patties with grilled jalapeños, Large with onion rings!! I like to wash it down with a 32oz vanilla milk shake.“

All of the employees are kind and considerate of their customers, though a particular employee named Santonio stands out for how he's become familiar with my order and has taken care on multiple occasions to make sure I feel rewarded for my visit. “Let’s talk about the ENERGY Zamon served! Nothing like a pleasant experience at a fast food spot where most of the time the workers hate their job more than the American hearts & arteries hate their quality!! From the jump he gave quality service! Repeated the order & offered recommendations with my the throat in mind after consuming so much bread 🤣. I have lived out here for 2 yrs and I always hope in their competitors line where I sit for 20+ mins and get to the window & sit for another 20+ mins just to be greeted by vicious the wicked wbitchhh 😒… anywhooo, never will I ever I’ll come to BK where I Rule 👑 & get me friendly, humorous, customer service, with fresher food. “I placed an order for 11 different dishes, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive what I ordered in several of them. For example, I ordered chow mein, but instead, I got white rice. This happened with several other dishes as well. The quality of the food was good, but the confusion with the orders was quite frustrating. I hope they can improve accuracy in the future.“

“We have not been eating out as much as possible since the Coronavirus pandemic and tonight we decided to venture out with our masks on to pick up a quick family dinner after working all day. I was so impressed with the young mans customer service at the register (who was behind a plexiglass partition) and with the safety measures and social distancing they are enforcing. Only 2 people inside at a time and you wait outside for your order to be called over a speaker. Food was GREAT! Wings were super crispy and delicious! The price and the amount of food I received was a surprise! More than enough to feed our family of 5! Highly recommend! Great job guys 👏🏼! And they were packed with orders coming in and going out!“

“I was skeptical coming to this location based on the reviews. Maybe they have revamped their team ? They have a 100 health score and the drink area appeared to be clean when I looked. The staff was friendly and informed me if the it would cost me extra for adding more of an item.“
