“I think this is a great place to eat, especially as someone with a gluten allergy. I feel at peace eating here. I do enjoy it and think it’s a fair price point, my only recommendation is regarding the sauces and flavor of the food. The food taste completely unseasoned and bland, but the sauces are excellent. I don’t think you should charge extra for additional sauce since the meal honestly needs it to taste flavorful enough. Or just adding some spices into some stuff to give more flavor. Still a great place to eat and I will return.“

“Love their breakfast burritos and just tryed there tacos and I got the meal 3 tacos beans and rice and wow beans and rice where good and I got the Barbacoa tacos they where good the meat didn’t really have any good tasting seasoning on it I was looking for more flavor and I’ve hand many different kinds it just felt bland but I did get the one of the side options some green chili from there breakfast burritos and that satisfied my tast for a Mexican taco but definitely liked and will definitely recommend and will go back to try again with there other options“

Tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich & it was really good, especially if you get the spicy fillet with it. The Pineapple Dragonfruit with a Sprite mix was also a good pairing to the sandwich.“

“I visited this location after reading their reviews. I didn't say that to the staff, I just walked in, placed my order and observed. I was greeted upon entering, and shortly after, my order was placed. The place was clean and quiet, but workers were busy preparing orders. I'm a stickler for santitation and observing to see if hands were being washed after money transactions or gloves were being changed. I was pleasantly suprised to see the two workers I observed changing their gloves and washing their hands OFTEN....without being asked. No one wants to think that their food is being improperly handled or that the entire prep station is contaminated because of poor sanitation. The pizza was made and sliced like I requested and it's DELICIOUS!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHECK OUT THIS TEAM! I drove over 30 minutes and will do it over and over again when I want pizza. Thanks guys for a great experience and a peace of mind!“

“I've b a n having a huge issue at other Jimmy John's locations were my sandwich is straight trash. I had a crazy day at work and the boyfriend wanted to cheer me up on his way home, me still stuck at work, tried, hungry and covered in filth. He came to this location and placed his order at 5:31pm on Sunday December 14, 2025. Gabrielle took the order but my shout out goes to whoever the master is at making my sandwich perfect! I had tears of joy because lately when I go to my favorite sandwich shop, Jimmy John's, it's trash. I was so happy one opened right down the road from my work in Braselton but it was one of the worst subs I've had from any Jimmy John's next to the one in Alpharetta that gave me brown rotten lettuce. To the gentleman who took the time(crazy fast according to my boyfriend) I want to personally thank you for doing such a good job. I always get a veggie sub, extra cheese, disgusting amount of extra mayo, light lettuce, add pickles, onions, and Jimmy peppers. Thank you for actually filling my sandwich with veggies. Thank you for caring. I truly appreciate you. You made me so happy simply by caring and making such a delicious sub. I truly hope your manager or the owner sees my review and lets you know how truly happy you made a fellow customer service employee this evening. “I got a plate with some chow mein and honey walnut shrimps. Chow mein was average and the shrimps were pretty soggy but was sauced up which made up for that. The service was great, was going through the drive thru and the man made sure that the drink was filled to the brim, waiting for the foam to disappear. He was asked me all the question and made sure that I got my straw, which we both forgot. Either way man had quality service for me“
