Previously, the old team that worked at the night shift, especially the former manager, used to make jokes about customers behind their backs in Spanish and let the quality drop significantly. When you ordered fries before, you got almost nothing, and any additional sauce the customer requested was given reluctantly. It was a very different standard from other Five Guys locations. “Love their breakfast burritos and just tryed there tacos and I got the meal 3 tacos beans and rice and wow beans and rice where good and I got the Barbacoa tacos they where good the meat didn’t really have any good tasting seasoning on it I was looking for more flavor and I’ve hand many different kinds it just felt bland but I did get the one of the side options some green chili from there breakfast burritos and that satisfied my tast for a Mexican taco but definitely liked and will definitely recommend and will go back to try again with there other options“

“As a fan of Chick-Fil-A, I have been to a few locations in and out of the state of Georgia. I even work at one myself. Recently I took a few trips to a few locations for business purposes and decided to dine at the Moore Road location. I usually go to dine first just to see what it is I am working with. I went around twelve in the afternoon which is when it is usually busy. I walked in and it was pretty busy. I stood in line to order and the young man who took my order was quick and efficient. When I repeated my order back to me which most cashiers do not, but should. And I even received my drink right there and then, which was interesting because not all locations do so. After I sat down, not even a minute went by, and I received my food. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal with pepper jack cheese, a side of mac and cheese, and water. I was amazed by the speed in which they brought the food to me given it was pretty busy. I took the sandwich out of the bag and could see a little bit of steam coming out. Which really showed the freshness of the food. I took the first bite and it was in fact pretty hot and the filet was well textured, credits to whoever was breading. The mac and cheese was also in fact for as well. The dining room hostess, Mrs. AJ, was just the sweetest. She made sure I had everything, and checked up on me and everyone often. After I finished eating she offered to take my tray and after she did she gave me a mint. Out of the many Chick-Fil-As I have been to, none have come close to this level of hospitality. Mind you Mrs. AJ is eighty-six years of age. but she moves around like she has not aged past thirty. I was planning on transferring locations soon, and I think I found where I want to work. This place is serious about everything and I loved everything about it. it is a location i highly recommend if you are in the Suwanee area.“

Parking: It stays so crowded and their lay out isnt the best in the world so it's pretty confusing and can get messy.“

“10/10 service. I do not know if the guy was the manager or what but amazing service from these guys. I ordered a turkey harm sandwich, and the lady who served me, I guess she was new and didn't know what number it was he jumped in number 11 so fast and got my food ready in seconds. The lady did a good job ringing me up to so overall 10/10. This was my second time going to a Jimmy John restaurant, and well done, guys, well done.“
