“The food was great! Large portions of fries and the burger was seasoned well. Lots of topping options and fair up charge prices. My one piece of feedback is this — don’t be condescending to your customers when they have a complaint or a problem. We encountered this tonight (12/23/2023) with the manager on duty when our order was messed up. The burgers were made correctly but plated incorrectly and we received a wrong side item. My boyfriend went to get it figured out because, being our first time there, at first glance we didn’t know what was what, and the manager talked to him like he was a child. He was so condescending and rude. I was raised in and have worked in restaurants. This is absolutely no way to talk to a customer if you want them to come back.“

“My experience at WNB Factory was phenomenal. The service was amazing, the seatings were comfortable, and the food was JAWDROPPING. It was the best wings I’ve had in Atlanta and i would most definitely come back again. “When I walked into the building there was very nice energy and I've heard great recommendations from people about the food here. I recently tried the sweet and spicy Almost Famous Chicken and it was very good. The chicken had a nice crunch and the sauce it was covered in was very good. It also came with some sides such as pickled radish which I pleasantly enjoyed. I definitely recommend for anyone is who is interested. ☺️“

“I rate it 5 stars because after they recently changed all the staff, the service has become 5 stars. They are always in a good mood in the afternoon, treating customers well, and have greatly improved the quality of the food.

Previously, the old team that worked at the night shift, especially the former manager, used to make jokes about customers behind their backs in Spanish and let the quality drop significantly. When you ordered fries before, you got almost nothing, and any additional sauce the customer requested was given reluctantly. It was a very different standard from other Five Guys locations. I almost gave up eating at this location due to the old team“

Their signature steakburgers are cooked to perfection, and their milkshakes are the perfect treat. I've been going to this location for years, and I've never been disappointed. “IHOP is not a please where service and professionalism to be of a high standard these days. Although I only had a brief time to see few of the staff interact with each other and customers this morning, they were professional and prompt with most staff being very responsive and using “sir and ma’am”. I am glad the stand of service I grew up with is still alive at this IHOP.“
