My one piece of feedback is this — don’t be condescending to your customers when they have a complaint or a problem. We encountered this tonight (12/23/2023) with the manager on duty when our order was messed up. The burgers were made correctly but plated incorrectly and we received a wrong side item. My boyfriend went to get it figured out because, being our first time there, at first glance we didn’t know what was what, and the manager talked to him like he was a child. “When I walked into the building there was very nice energy and I've heard great recommendations from people about the food here. I recently tried the sweet and spicy Almost Famous Chicken and it was very good. The chicken had a nice crunch and the sauce it was covered in was very good.
