Overpriced but pretty good
Stopped by the Shake Shack at Perimeter Mall and had a great experience. Kay was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole ordering process easy. She had a positive attitude, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure everything was right with my order.

Always a good bite to eat! I must say that I prefer placing my order with a PERSON vs a tablet when I walk into an establishment! They've removed the menus off the wall, too, so the only way to see what they have is on a tablet. Again, the atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. This didn't use to be the case. I'm all for technology but if you have employees there...use them to welcome your customers. Maybe use tablets for takeout orders, but If I'm sitting down I'd like to be addressed.
