“Came in to the Johns Creek Craft Burgers by Shane today. We’ve been a number of times to this restaurant but not this location. By far the best one yet!! My husband is a fry connoisseur and has never been happy with the fries - they cold, not crispy, etc. but the burgers and famous chicken are good so we go back. This location delivered amazing fries and onion rings today!!! We sat and ate and enjoyed our order immensely and will never go to another location except for this one. The food itself was good; some portions seemed smaller than expected while others were fine. The service itself was excellent as our waiter kept checking in on us and making sure everything was okay.

Overall, the visit was good. I wish the workers did a more thorough cleaning, especially with corner seats, but everything else went as expected.“

“Me and my girlfriend went in today right when they opened. We tried the chicken shawarma, it was absolutely worth it. The portion was HUGE. When I heard our food was ready and saw the plate, I was like, “WOWWW, that’s a big shawarma!” It barely even fit on the plate.

While we were waiting for our food, I actually saw the owner bringing in fresh ingredients that had just been delivered. Seeing that right away gave us a good feeling about the place, and it was a nice sign that they care about quality and freshness. After tasting the food, it definitely showed.

The chicken was flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. The shawarma also had lettuce and tomato in it and the French fries were crispy and paired really well with the meal. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion size definitely made the price feel justified.

The service was also very good. Everyone was nice, polite, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant has a casual, comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to sit down and enjoy your food.“
