My husband and I had a really delicious meal at Briskfire tonight! We walked in and we were greeted immediately, the restaurant was very clean, and we got our food within five minutes of placing our order. We tried the beef short ribs platter, the beef brisket, the mac & cheese, and the french fries. All of them were delicious. My family was craving some good BBQ closeby. I was a little hesitant because we’d never been before and it’s new. BOY I’m glad we gave it a shot because everything was on point. First thing I noticed, Staff was super friendly and the place was very very clean. I ordered the brisket Philly, Mac and cheese and bbq beans and it was SPECTACULAR. My experience at Briskfire BBQ for Iftaar was outstanding! The Beef Ribs were incredibly delicious - tender meat with a perfect balance of flavors, and the BBQ sauce was just divine. It's refreshing to find a Southern-style BBQ joint that serves halal meat. These ribs easily get a 10 out of 10 from me. I'm definitely planning to go back for more. Highly recommended!
