Wow this is the best place to get beef ribs and they are huge!! Food was awesome! Service was awesome! The environment felt like it's smoking good!

This may sound harsh, but I have to be honest. Brisket was just ok. Tender, but no independent flavor whatsoever. Like a piece of roast beef. The Mac and cheese was runny. The corn bread muffin was inedible- so dry. The slaw was just meh. However, the Buffalo mild wings were excellent. You serve yourself but they ask for a tip at the register. Soda is only sold in cans or bottle $$$. Bbq sauce was good but could just be store bought. Was a disappointing experience.

My husband and I had a really delicious meal at Briskfire tonight! We walked in and we were greeted immediately, the restaurant was very clean, and we got our food within five minutes of placing our order. We tried the beef short ribs platter, the beef brisket, the mac & cheese, and the french fries. All of them were delicious. The house made barbecue sauces were fantastic, my husband really enjoyed the hot sauce and I enjoyed the regular sauce. The owner was there and checked on us to make sure everything was tasty. They did not have banana pudding, but that just means I’ll have to come back to try it another night. I would recommend this place for a casual dine in experience or takeout.

My family was craving some good BBQ closeby. I was a little hesitant because we’d never been before and it’s new. BOY I’m glad we gave it a shot because everything was on point. First thing I noticed, Staff was super friendly and the place was very very clean. I ordered the brisket Philly, Mac and cheese and bbq beans and it was SPECTACULAR. I also ordered the chicken fingers, fries and Mac and cheese for my 2 year old, she was in heaven. My father had the half rack of ribs and he’s the real bbq man… he was a big fan of everything! Give this place a shot best restaurant in the neighborhood! 100% highly recommend!

This is not the barbecue you’re looking for. No smoke flavor to speak of. The brisket was … wet. Super fatty, and not in a good way. Reheated canned baked beans. Very generous portions. Clean and orderly dining room. Incredibly loud football/soccer game on.Super nice server greeted us and recommended a couple of items that we tried.

My experience at Briskfire BBQ for Iftaar was outstanding! The Beef Ribs were incredibly delicious - tender meat with a perfect balance of flavors, and the BBQ sauce was just divine. It's refreshing to find a Southern-style BBQ joint that serves halal meat. These ribs easily get a 10 out of 10 from me. I'm definitely planning to go back for more. Highly recommended!

Got the brisket sandwhich, some of the best brisket I've had to date and just a small amount of coleslaw was perfect amount to give it that crunch and little bit of tang. Ate it without the bbq sauce and was perfect. Also had the wagyu burger cooked perfectly and juicy. HIGHLY
